EVCS and Clean & Prosperous Institute Secure $25 Million in Funding to Expand EV Infrastructure in Washington State
Los Angeles, CA - January 21, 2025 — EVCS, one of the largest electric vehicle (EV) fast-charging network operators on the West Coast, and Clean & Prosperous Institute (CPI) are excited to announce the award of a $25 million grant to fund the development of 43 new EV charging locations across Washington state. The grant, awarded by the Washington State Department of Commerce under the Climate Commitment Act (CCA), will significantly expand EV charging infrastructure across Washington State.

Energy Northwest and EVCS to Boost Electric Vehicle Charging Along Highway 101

EVCS Secures $100 Million in Public Funding to Add DC Fast Chargers on the West Coast
Los Angeles, CA - March 19, 2024 -- EVCS, one of the largest electric vehicle (EV) fast-charging networks on the West Coast, is excited to announce securing commitments for more than $100 million in public funding. The funding will support the development, installation, and operation of more than 500 new DC Fast chargers across California, Oregon, and Washington. With this milestone, the EVCS public charging network will expand into more than 70 new cities, surpassing 1,200 DC Fast chargers in total.
